Infinix Hot 20 5G launched in India with Shuddh 5G: Here are the phone details

Infinix Hot 20 5G is the newest 5G smartphone in the market that is priced under ₹12,000. The brand vaunts it to have support for “shuddh 5G” which is a fancy name for its compatibility with 12 5G bands. Besides this, the brand has packed the device with MediaTek Dimensity 810 chip and a big 5000mAh battery inside, a 120Hz LCD screen on the front, and a 50MP camera on the back. Well, even bigger is the battery capacity of Infinix Hot 20 Play. But that one has pared down specs like a 90Hz LCD panel, a 13MP main camera, and a MediaTek Helio G37 chipset. As you can guess, this one costs lesser than its 5G-capable sibling.

Infinix Hot 20 5G comes in a solo 4+64GB model priced at ₹11,999 in India. You can pick it in blue, green and black colours.

As for the Infinix Hot 20 Play, you could grab it in a 4+64GB model and colors like green, purple, black, and blue.

Hot 20 5G brings a 6.6-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. On the back, the phone rocks a 50MP+2MP camera duo. Meanwhile, you get an 8MP selfie shooter. 

The phone is powered by a Dimensity 810 SoC backed by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The software layer on top of this is Android 12 OS-based XOS 10 6.0 UI. Under the hood, you also get a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W USB-C charging.

The Hot 20 Play, on the other hand, comes with a 6.82-inch HD+ IPS LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. The front camera is an 8MP sensor. The back camera includes a 13MP main shooter and a 2MP depth-sensing module. Infinix has equipped the device with a MediaTek Helio G37 processor, 4GB of RAM, 3GB of Extended RAM, and Android 12-based XOS 10 6.0 software.
