Oppo released its first foldable smartphone last year, called Oppo Find N. The smartphone features a 7.1-inch primary display, runs on Snapdragon 888 5G chipset, and features a 50MP triple rear camera setup. Although the smartphone was unavailable globally, the company is working on its successor, the Oppo Find N2. As per recent reports, the Oppo Find N2 has bagged a 3C certification. Additionally, the listing on 3C's database has also revealed some key specifications of the smartphone. Here is everything we know about the Oppo Find N2.
Oppo Find N2 could be the fastest-charging foldable phonePer a TechGoing report, the Oppo Find N2 will offer 66W fast charging. If that is true, Oppo Find N2 could become the fastest-charging foldable smartphone. Currently, the most popular foldable smartphone in the world, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, supports 25W wired charging. Per another report, the Oppo Find N2 may be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, the same chipset that powers Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4.
The flagship chipset could be combined with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. As far as the display is concerned, the company might stick with the current shape and size, fitting a 120Hz display in the same aspect ratio. Last but not least, the smartphone is expected to run on ColorOS 13, based on Android 13.
Interestingly, known tipster Digital Chat Station has claimed that Oppo will release two versions of the smartphone - one that is foldable and the other that is flippable. Naturally, the regular book-style foldable smartphone should be called the Oppo Find N2, and the flippable model should be called the Oppo Find N2 Flip, which the tipster also mentioned.
